A Business Partner within HCM will provide analytic and talent management support. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Partner with the global business partner team to facilitate and drive key people development processes for our Control, Finance and Operating (C,F&O) divisions
• Serve as strategic advisor to the division to manage compensation budgets throughout the year and administer the year-end compensation process for C,F&O divisions
• Work across a diverse range of projects (i.e. strong quantitative skills combined with aptitude for talent management initiatives) with different stakeholders
• Analyze headcount, hiring, attrition and benchmarking trends to understand market movement and advise senior stakeholders on best approaches to attract and retain top talent
• Work with large data sets and present results that tell a clear and compelling story
• Drive and execute all people development processes including leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, performance management, diversity, mobility, reporting and analytics on people related metrics and trends, year-end compensation, and organization reviews
• Help C,F&O senior leadership on key priorities, initiatives and day to day issues for the group

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical skills: ability to organize and analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results to various audiences and take responsibility for data quality assurance
• Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Excel skills such as vlookups, pivot tables, and multiple variable formulas strongly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects in a high pressure environment while ensuring the delivery of high quality work
  High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment
• Strategic mindset and ability to think conceptually, influence stakeholders, and drive excellent execution

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in reading electrical and ELV schematic diagrams.
• Coordinate with Clients/Sub-Contractors on project and maintenance matters for smooth site execution.
• Review contract specifications and prepare variation orders as required.
• Perform engineering design, load, and fault calculations.
• Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and standards.

Requirements:

Job Description

• Execute our Formative Minds’ curriculum (~10 to 12 classes lessons per week, 2 hours per class)
• Deliver lessons according to Formative Mind’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure high quality of student learning
• Record and input students’ milestone check quizzes results into our proprietary data-analytics platform
• Monitor and analyse class and students’ learning through prompt feedback (written/verbal), data analysis, and grading of students’ work
• Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress
• Provide support and ideas towards the improvement, planning and development of curriculum
• Contribute actively in team meetings
• Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students
• Provide coverage for teachers who are unable to take their assigned class due to unforeseen circumstances
• Other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events
• Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned
• Able to work at least 1 weekend
