Job Responsibilities
· Liaise with government agencies; HDB, SCDF for inspections at centres and keep records of correspondences and inspections
· Ensure conformance of premises to HDB, SCDF, MOM and tenancy requirements and regulations
· Coordinate M&E facilities installations, maintenance and repairs by vendors/contractors
· Coordinate new premise takeover, renovation and shifting works
· Coordinate any other works by relevant parties/contractors/vendors
· Assist in procurement of TVs and coordinate deliveries and installations
· Enforcement of various regulations/guidelines by MOM, MTI, MOE, PDPC at operations level
Requirements
· Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or related qualifications
· Minimum 2 years relevant experience preffered
. Candidate without the minimum qualification but with more than 5 years relevant experience may apply
· Independent, ability to handle multiple tasks, Microsoft Office Skills
· Interpersonal skills, hands-on approach, strong willingness to learn
