Enuit seeks to hire an Client Services Analyst. As an Energy Software Client Services Analyst, you will participate as a team member or as an individual to provide technical support service for the software product to our customers throughout the globe.

Description of the Opportunity:

• Contribute in initial product implementation, additional enhancement, and/or integration projects for Enuit clients in installing, configuring, testing and supporting such projects either onsite or remotely.
• Provide Entrade technical support to clients.

• Timely creation of Purchase Requisition (PR) in Coupa for Purchase Order (PO) issuance to vendor
• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders on any outstanding contracts not processed/signed.
• To review contracts submitted by internal and external stakeholders follows guidelines and standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders if Delegate of Authority (DOA) approval is not provided on time
• To ensure that all contracts processed are within budget
• To process contracts in the correct PC Code/GL/FA to avoid reclassification when payments are made.
• To ensure Contract Management Process (CMP) is done for all contracts more than $200K (with GST)
• To track and manage Master Service Agreement (MSA) renewal

Assist, advise, support and follow-up with Work Managers

• On project documentations, processes, reporting and usage of GENE
• Update project financials, documentation, and statuses in GENE
• Lodgment of contracts with Group Procurement Services (GPS)
• Tracking and submission of accruals to Finance, ensure all accruals are supported with valid supporting documents
• Submitting reports for management reporting for Major Projects/Programmes.
• Includes verifying the information submitted are accurate and updated correctly

Others

• Support Build and Operate budget submissions.
• Review the completeness of the submissions during the yearly budget exercise
• Support monthly GLAO reconciliation
• Support Strategy Cost Management (SCM) tracking and reporting
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese in order to liaise with China side.

Overview:

The Management Support Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the management team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the office, facilitating communication within the organization, and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gift Processing:

• Process gifts in all methods of payments, and clarify any missing, incomplete or vague information with donors in order to credit donors’ funds to NUS accurately.
• E-file official gift receipts in shared folder and respond to donors’ queries (if any) in order to be accountable to all donors for their gifts in a secure manner.

Gift thank-you letters:

• Search donor giving status, alumni graduation year, Trigger, track, and mail out the Dean’s thank-you letters to donors, as well as draft the templated thank-you letters in order to ensure donors are thanked in a timely manner.

Provide Administrative support:

• Monitor and promptly attend to queries received through the school’s giving email account.
• Provide support to fundraising campaigns (e.g., expense tracking, vendor coordination, simple collateral design)
• Responsible for administrative duties like Event logistical support (e.g., preparing name tents, mock cheques, booking of venues and car park lots, etc.).
• Printing, inserting, labelling and mailing of periodical materials/documents to students and donors.
• Processing of invoices and paperwork.
• Yearly inventory stock taking, and other ad-hoc duties, in order to ensure smooth operation of the Development team.

Merchandise:

• Source, order, purchase, and receive department merchandise, gifts and collaterals, as well as monitor and replenish stocks.

Donor records and database:

• Record and compile changes in donors’ mailing and email addresses, in order to maintain an updated donors’, contact database

Requirements:

• Proficient in digital tools, such as MSOffice
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Merticulous and organized.
• Able to work independently and with tight deadlines, able to priotize tasks and escalate matters.
• Service-oriented mindset.
