Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Branch Manager located in Jurong / Bedok. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible to achieve both the outlet’s and your personal sales targets. You will be responsible for evaluating progress towards these targets and implementing necessary solutions. Additionally, you will manage daily outlet operations, which includes handling customer complaints, motivating staff, providing guidance and coaching, and managing paperwork. You will also oversee outlet personnel duties and human resources responsibilities, such as managing annual leaves and shift schedules.

Qualifications:

1. Maintenance and quality assurance of national measurement standards in length and dimensional areas.

3. Achieving international recognition for calibration and measurement capabilities in length and dimensional areas through peer-reviews by external experts; and undertaking peer-reviews of other national metrology institutes as a domain expert.
4. Dissemination of the national length and dimensional standards and measurement technologies to the industry through calibration and measurement services and R&D in metrology.
5. Developing new measurement solutions, and building new metrology capabilities and services based on emerging needs of the industry; and developing programmes to enhance technical competencies of lab personnel.
6. Raising measurement capabilities of industry by conducting consultancies, training and proficiency testing in length and dimensional measurements.
7. Supervision of students and trainees from industry under attachment programmes.
8. Conducting technical assessments under Singapore Accreditation Council-Singapore Lab Accreditation Scheme, and training of new technical assessors.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Physics.
2. 0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
