What’s the role:

As an Exchange Market Data Coordinator, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service for Exchange real-time data enablement requests, Exchange invoicing and product changes while ensuring compliance. Overview of the job

Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for one of our billion-dollar brands? The Senior Brand Manager (Japan Market) identifies business opportunities and works with the multi-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans! You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans for Japan via qualifying communication ideas, adjusting portfolio pricing and identifying shopping barriers and opportunities.

Your Team

You and other Senior Brand Managers (each handling a brand/category) will report to the Brand Director for the Category or Business Unit. You will work extensively with colleagues from Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, Communications, Finance etc.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Identify Japanese consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses Japanese consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with Japanese local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Japanese consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide Japan delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

Qualifications

• A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
• At least 2 years of experience working in the FMCG industry for Japan market
• Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
• An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
• Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
• You are business proficient in the Japanese language and possess strong market knowledge of Japan as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for Japan Market

Description

Collateral Risk Management Team oversees the management of market risks arising from collateral received in connection with BoS client’s borrowing against security and derivative trading activities. The team’s objective is to manage risk efficiently and effectively so as to protect the bank’s financial returns and sustain business growth. The team is responsible for both the development of the methodology, parametric approach, policy and procedures as well as the operationalization, implementation and day to day risk monitoring, action taking and business support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in conducting research, review and development of the quantitative model and qualitative assessment framework for measuring and mitigating market risk in collateralised lending and margin trading.
• Perform data analysis, exposure quantification, risk factor mapping, scenario, sensitivity and stress analysis studies
• Contribute to the design specification, logic derivation, results verification exercises for market risk functionalities implemented in the bank’s internal and external digital systems across various infrastructure and platforms.
• Conduct periodic review of the relevant limit and control, carry out documentation and rationalization of the mitigation actions in adherence with the bank’s internal policy, procedures and guidelines.
• Support new products and businesses development. Evaluate and formulate viable approach to help widen business coverage and product scope while ensuring risk appetite under control.

Requirements:

• University degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering etc.)
• Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, MFE, CQF etc is desirable
• 7 years or above relevant experience in market risk
• Advanced knowledge of key products of capital markets. Understand the main risk drivers and factors. Familiar with valuation of the financial instruments and derivatives.
• Advance data analysis skills. Programming in Python, SQL is expected.
• Analytical and independent thinker with good written and verbal communication skills especially in explaining complex technical subjects in a simple/pragmatic manner to business and senior management.
• Strong curiosity of the field, proactively seeking opportunity of learning and progress.
• Strong team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
