Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintenance and management of the company's e-commerce website and app.
• Creation and updating of marketing content in the company's e-commerce platform and apps, including news, events, and promotions.
• Creation and update of monthly product promotion price lists and brochures for distribution via email and various social media platforms.
• Regular interaction with the public on social media platforms.
• Planning and management of the demand and supply of company merchandise with relevant vendors and customers.
• Providing customer service for in-app redemption of merchandise.
• Processing purchase orders, new item creation, and invoice generation.

• Provide support to conceptualize, develop and execute integrated marketing communications plan, promotional-related activities, ad-hoc requests within the Company and its affiliated entities to help achieve business objectives.
