Duties & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Lead and deliver integrated marketing strategies and campaign to support the Global Corporate Coverage business working in partnership with countries, clusters and product marketing.
• Working closely with business leads to ensure marketing plans are supporting commercial opportunities and effectively position the Bank, our products and capabilities to the clients we serve, and the clients we aspire to bank.
• Identifies through data and analytics changes to campaign strategies based on campaign insights and measurement of campaign effectiveness.
• Responsible for tracking marketing budget/spend related to coverage sector marketing activities, establishing metrics to evaluate ROI against CIB Business and Marketing scorecards.

Business

• Work with the CIB business globally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns focused on the key corporate coverage sectors.
• Build relationships and networks across the business and liaise with key business stakeholders on a regular basis to understand their specific needs, the clients they serve, and the opportunities that exist.
• Develop marketing strategies that puts client data, analytics and insights at the centre, with clear articulation of how marketing is supporting specific business outcomes.
• Share regular updates with senior business stakeholders on marketing campaigns and performance

Role description
Working as part of a Category team that operates as part of an overall Global Technology Sourcing team. Making an ongoing, tangible contribution to cost efficiency and commercial/contractual risk management, through:

• Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Lead – Network and Infrastructure in developing the overall spend category strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and managing the effective delivery of that strategy
