Well-versed in all requisite functions of bus operations, including day-to-day scheduling and trip listings, as well as coordinating of all routes plied under Westpoint's netwok, management of all vehicular safety matters, customer service management (including reports and response management), and management of all company and third-party subcontractor drivers

Able to plan for workload distribution, headcount, and career progression for team members & Optimising company processes

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

As a Premier Banking Relationship Manager, your roles & responsibilities will include:

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers from the North Asia market (with a focus in Taiwan).
• Strong network in the Taiwanese community to hunt and grow customers in respective market.
• Develop and strengthen their relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
• Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
• Manage the relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to these customers.
• You will also ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking.

Requirements:

• You should have minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in managing the affluent segment, and show consistent sales performance.
• You must have experience in covering the North Asian markets with a focus in the Taiwan market.
• Recognised university degree and possess CMFAS certification (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance and treasury products.
• Multi-lingual and must be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• You exhibit strong interpersonal, communication skills and good at tele-consulting.
• It is essential for candidates to be creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team.
• You have the drive to succeed and is focused and disciplined to achieve the sales quota and revenue.
• Willing to travel for business.
