Job Scope:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide support for existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Skills Requirement:

• 7 years of experience in end-to-end delivery and payments systems.
• Expertise in cash management systems.
• Strong experience with ISO 20022 messaging (Pain, Pacs, Camt) and country-specific payment systems.
• Proficient in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and creating user stories and roadmaps.
• Hands-on in coordinating onshore and offshore teams to align delivery with release plans.
• Skilled in managing stakeholders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving project closure.
• Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma certified with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with various technologies like JSON, API, Solace JMS, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and more.

Description:

• ⁠To generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts.
• ⁠To develop a new customer base through cold-calling, relationship management and industry contacts to maintain strong account relationships with the customers.
• ⁠To work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
• ⁠To achieve sales quota through identifying and gaining business from customers or new prospects and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided.
• ⁠To have a good understanding of the IT Products Solution and Services.
• ⁠To participate in development of value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close sales.
• To report on customer activities and general market activities at weekly sales meeting review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 sales experiences in the relevant IT industry.
• ⁠IT Product Solution knowledge in Information Technology.
• Strong presentation and negotiation influencing skill.
• Excellent communication skill in both written and oral.
• Track record of consistent sales quota achievement and must be results driven to achieve target.
• Possess the ability to understand business problems that the prospects are resolving and able to qualify sales opportunity.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager, Procurement, supports the development and execution of procurement strategies, ensuring compliance and effective supplier management. This role assists in implementing procurement policies, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing processes to align with organizational objectives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Procurement Strategy Development
  Assist in developing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, actively participating in research and analysis to respond to market changes and shifts.
• Vendor Relationship Management
  Maintain positive relationships with key suppliers, monitoring industry trends and contributing to the selection of vendors that meet organizational needs.
• Assist with Target and KPI Setting
  Collaborate in defining procurement targets and KPIs, ensuring they align with departmental and business objectives.
• Vendor Selection and Evaluation
  Contribute to the vendor selection process by evaluating suppliers based on established criteria and supporting adherence to organizational standards.
• Compliance and Documentation
  Ensure compliance with procurement policies by maintaining accurate records, assisting with internal audits, and implementing corrective measures when needed.
• Corporate Governance and Ethical Standards
  Aid in enforcing corporate governance practices within procurement, promoting ethical sourcing and sustainability in line with regulatory standards.
• Technology and System Improvement
  Assist with the integration of procurement technology (e.g., ERP systems) and support the continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Vendor Performance and Proposal Review
  Conduct vendor performance review for key vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals, offering insights for improvement as necessary.
• Tender and Contract Management
  Support and manage best sourcing for tender and major acquisitions including negotiation with shortlisted vendors to secure competitive proposals for purchase contract.
• Procurement Process Improvement

Work with operational and functional departments to identify and implement best practices as part of group procurement initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft office software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in acquisition of turn-key system would be an added advantage

  Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
  Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
