• Focus on execution while being accountable and innovative in finding ways to be part of the solution even when identifying problems.
• Support continuous training initiatives for both the 1st line and 2nd line to ensure ESGR risk embedding into BAU credit risk management, working closely with Group COO and Credit Policy teams.

Business

• While being focussed on the ESGR financial and non-financial risks for CIB Clients, keep a risk aware client focussed hat with regards to the level of risk and consider how the risk assessments contribute to helping the clients build a more resilient business model while being aligned with the Groups NZ committments.

• Work within the existing CIB ESGR Financial and Non-Financial risk processes as well as understanding of the existing ESG Navigator systems, workflows and underlying processes.
