OVERVIEW:

The Operations Director is overall responsible for overseeing the successful running of the Domestic / Cross Border Transport Operations of the company, which includes Air and Ocean Freight operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. The Director of Operations leads one of the two largest teams in the company, currently made of 20 people and forecasted to grow to 30-50 over the next 24 months. Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. OVERVIEW:

The Operations Director is overall responsible for overseeing the successful running of the Domestic / Cross Border Operations of the company, which includes Air and Ocean Freight operations.
