What you can expect

The Credit and Loans Ops team handles Bilateral, Syndicated, Committed and Non-Committed Loans. CHALLENGES

You will provide Clinical Operations Support and Service Management across a few clinical disciplines (e.g. Endocrinology, Ophthalmology and Allied Health) for the Specialist Outpatient Clinic at the Specialist Centre . Job Summary

The role comprises both Operations and Technology functions with the primary function being 70% facilities management and 30% technology. The Operations (Facilities Management) role oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities, assets and equipment. Job Roles & Duties

(i) Operations (Facilities Management) Responsibilities

The staff manages the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment for all stakeholders on-site at our premises where we operate. Duties include:

• Develop and implement strategy to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance including scheduling and co-ordinating of maintenance activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaners/ vendor and maintenance service providers.

Job Requirement

• Possess a relevant Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT and/or Building Facility Management, Engineering (civil, electrical, or mechanical) .
• Has at least 8 years of relevant working experience inclusive of managerial experience in Operations and IT preferably.
• Has knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud computing and systems to effectively manage and trouble-shoot issues and manage IT system installation, configuration and analysis‍
• Strong knowledge of industry facilities management standards and requirements to maintain the premises he / she oversees.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of building systems to ensure adherence to required standards
• PDPA knowledge
• Possess problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to details.
• Self-initiated and skilled in time management, organization, planning and prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills to effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage end-to-end fuel depots operations
• Ensure timely performance of operations and completion of projects
• Establish, maintain and review operational work scope to meet customers’ expectations.
• Liaise with authority on operational and engineering work issues
• Responsible for manpower planning and staffing requirements within operations sites
• Drive initiatives to drive long-term operational excellence
• Investigate on emergencies and apply corrective actions
• Communicate and liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in new base/projects to ensure smooth transition/ implementation
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Aviation Studies or Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 - 8 years of aviation/ airport operations experience
• Prior experience working with public sector/ government project will be an added advantage

• Prior experience in automation technology and logistics business will be ideal.
