Job Role

• Meeting with clients to discuss security issues
• Conduct Monthly Operations Meetings with Clients
• Respond to client queries
• Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant, and professional security service to its customers
• Planning and approving security officers’ work schedules to suit operational needs.
• Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of security personnel at the allocated sites
• Responding to emergencies and urgent duties 24/7.
• Putting up and submitting various reports using Microsoft Office/Google and in-house software.
• Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
• Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare to conduct AAR of the incident.
• Conduct OJT training for new hires
• Reviewing worksite SOP to ensure it remains relevant to the current operations.
• Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
• Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with G4S, PLRD & PWM requirement
• Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel
• Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel
• Manage and review security procedures

Job Requirements

• A Diploma in Security or equivalent discipline service Qualification is essential. Applicants with PLRD SSS will have an advantage
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in operational management or disciplined services or commercial security experience
• Applicants must possess initiative and have demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage a team of at least 50 security officers at multiple customer locations
• Applicants with financial, commercial, and legal knowledge will be advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
• Proficient in computer skills
• Other attributes include good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset.
• Possess a car with a Class 3C Driving Licence

Responsible for Liaising with consultants, contractors & authorities on project.

To prepare M & E co-ordination drawings and M&E submission.

Supervise / coordinate M&E or structural works at site.

Assist the M&E engineer in planning and monitoring of construction work process.

Will be working closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

Supervise day-to-day site works

Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction.

Handle the project supervision and documentation

Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress

Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions

Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

Ensures that the works are carried out in compliance to approved design, drawings and local authorities' requirements and regulations.

To prepare quotation based on the BQ's and line drawings

To inspect the site and provide quotes by coordinating with the client

Must have experience in preparing and quoting government tenders

Must have ability to bid and take projects

Analyzing and enhancing effieciency of existing systems and processes

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of one or more devices that are part of a financial-related project. The successful candidate will also be involved in the software development lifecycle from definition of requirements to design and development, and testing.

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

· Requirements gathering.

· Design and develop software applications for embedded devices.

· Implement and optimize communication protocols (e.g.TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP, MQTT-S) to establish secure and reliable connections between embedded devices and on-premises/cloud platforms.

· Conduct thorough testing, debugging and troubleshooting of embedded devices to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, connectivity, performance and reliability.

· Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual and others documents as required in the SDLC processes.

· Assist day-to-day application support issues.

· Liaise with users on the requirementtesting and production issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.

· Developed software in at least one full Software Development Lifecycle.

· Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object- oriented software design and UML modelling

· Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).

· Experience in multi-threading, socket programming and serial/USB communication.

· At least 5 years’ experience in object-oriented software development

· Prior experience in following areas Scrum AGILE methodology process is a plus

* Translate business requirements into detail module or component level design
