Responsibilities

• Responsible for supplier quality management and is the primary quality interface with the suppliers.

As a Fund Accountant and operations team member, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our venture capital firm. In addition to the traditional fund accounting responsibilities, you will also be involved in various operational aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling fund accounting and financial reporting, which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as investor capital statements. Also acts as a liaison with both internal departments and external parties such as trustees, fund administrators, custodians, and auditors.
• Performs various investor relations activities such as managing capital calls, distributions, and responding to investor inquiries.
• Oversees the onboarding process for new investors and maintains relationships with existing investors.
• Supports the financial audit process and assists with tax filings.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assists with various fund operations, including cash management, investment tracking, and expense monitoring.
• Collaborates with team members to support investment due diligence and deal execution processes.
• Validates NAV, performance fees, trailer fees, expenses, and capital calls.
• Performs settlement and general fund administration tasks.
• Assists with setting up, analyzing, and reviewing fund structures, joint venture structures, and underlying inquiries.
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities may include overseeing general corporate secretarial duties such as company incorporation, board meetings, and corporate governance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in the venture capital industry.

Plan, co-ordinates & implements overall site works with main-con & other related trades to carry out work safely.

Identify and resolves all problems that arises on site;

Assist PM & Site Mgr to organize & deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters & complains related to project sites;

Prepare & submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval;

Co-ordinate with main-con & solve technical problems;

Prepare & attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor & supervise site works and liaise with consultants etc.

You will be part of an IT infrastructure Support Team managing mission critical high-tech biometrics devices at critical locations of significant national interest. You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational down-time.

As a IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following :-

• Assist the project teams with setting up, installing, and configuring operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices for PCs/Workstations.

As a senior process engineer you will lead the timely and successful transfer of the cell culture or purification stages of the customer’s manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility. Lead the preparation, execution, process monitoring and post-campaign activities for cell culture or purification stages of the customer’s manufacturing processes at Lonza Singapore production facility and also lead investigations into process trends, issues or deviations.

Key responsibilities:

• Technology Transfer: Lead the timely and successful transfer of the cell culture or purification stages of the customer’s manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility. Work with other MSAT team members, technical experts from Lonza’s customer companies or Lonza donor sites, Manufacturing (MFG), Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and other departments on the technology transfer.

• Process Support: Lead the preparation, execution, process monitoring and post-campaign activities for cell culture or purification stages of the customer’s manufacturing processes at Lonza Singapore production facility. Become proficient with all processes in the facility and develop ability to support/lead activities across multiple processes. Monitor processes on a regular basis to have further understanding of process behavior and prospectively identify process issues. Develop ability to generalize issues across processes.

• Write change requests and drive to implementation as needed.

• Review cell culture or purification process manufacturing batch records and provide technical input to MFG technical document writing specialists.

• Identify training needs and provide training materials for MFG operators on cell culture or purification process batch records. Work with MFG to update process batch records to enable robust manufacturing operations.

• Support plant start-up and pilot/commercial runs and perform technical investigations and help author technical reports to support close-out of deviations, trouble-shoot process excursions/issues for cell culture or purification operations.

• Design and perform/ support small-scale experiments/ studies in lab to support technology transfer or investigations.

• Follow all applicable lab safety policies.

• Support preparation of Annual Product Review (APR) and Continued Process Verification (CPV) summary reports, perform work-stages to support customer BLA filing.

• Maintain process databases and monitor batch to batch consistency of operations.

• Support inspections and audits by customer and regulatory authorities.

• Provide technical guidance and share process knowledge to MSAT team members and other departments.

Key requirements:

• Degree in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, biochemistry/ chemistry/microbiology or related discipline.

• Extensive work experience in Biotechnology process development, process support, research or a related manufacturing environment.

• Prior hands-on experience in purification experimental technique and equipment.

• Knowledge of Excel as well as Statistical Data Analysis tools.
