Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for organization's Platform.
• Support in the continual user story refinement for accurate and up-to-date requirement documentations.
• Support innovation platform development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.
• Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
• Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress.
• Manage documentation of operational processes and procedures related to the digital platform.

Product Specialist (AED Product Trainer)

Requirements:

Position Summary

To educate clients on AED requirements in accordance with their specific needs.

Principal Accountabilities

• Assess AED requirements through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
• Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in AED demonstration.
• Evaluate modes of demonstration delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize demonstration effectiveness.
• Obtain, organize, or develop demonstration materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
• Schedule demonstrations to clients.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support / BCLS-trained
