• Diploma in Purchasing Management/Supply Chain Management/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marine or Oil & Gas industry or machinery procurement experience
• Good experience in buying different type of Piping & steel materials
• Able to work independently, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of financial and legal terms

The Key Job Responsibilies Are:

• Perform full spectrum of Account Receivable function
• Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collections.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment-related matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, discrepancies and collection process-related matters
• Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process customer payments and allocate them to the appropriate accounts.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting
• Possess knowledge in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Accounting software (i.e. SAP) will be an advantage
• Possess organizational, problem-solving, and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to take initiative, multi-tasking, work under pressure, and work independently

Main Responsibilities:
