Key Responsibility Areas
1. Casework & Counselling
- Conduct needs and risk assessment for complex/high risk cases.
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate casework intervention plans.
- Engage stakeholders for assessment and intervention
- Conduct outreach and engage client’s family, where applicable, to develop action plans
- Manage ethical dilemmas while taking into account range of information independently
- Facilitate and lead low/moderate risk case conferences in multi-disciplinary settings
- Utilise and articulate theories and techniques and customise the use of tools and approaches for intended outcome
2. Group Work
- Use appropriate approaches in different groups /settings
- Design & conduct specialised groups for specific outcomes
- Assess and capitalize group dynamics to create positive impact
- Manage and guide the management of challenging behaviours
3. Programme Development and Implementation
- Develop and design specific programmes targeted at service gaps and service delivery issues with clear programme logic model/ theory of change.
