Responsibilities

• As the Engineering Manager for Process & Mechanical in Water Treatment Industry, you will be joining as the Technical Lead of a highly skilled Process and Mechanical team. In this role, you will bring your expertise on Process and Mechanical design for ST Engineeringand our clients.
• On a day-to-day basis, you will lead the technical delivery and design management of Process and Mechanical design, working major and complex projects covering investigations, studies, design and construction phase technical advice.
• You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
• On a technical level, you will have hands on experience in Process and Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience delivering concept and detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure.

• Lead and guide technical evaluation for vendor's bid.
• Lead and guide development of P&ID, PFD, mass balance, equipment specification, datasheet, and etc.
• Lead and review equipment layout arrangement.
• Lead and guide specification to obtain quotation for tender costing.
• Lead, review, submit and get approved for engineering document and drawing

Requirements

• 15-20 years of working experience for process and/or mechanical design of water and wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, and water reuse.
• BEng (Mechanical), BEng (Environmental), BEng (Chemical) or equivalent.
• Strong EPC background.
• Strong leadership for people management.
• Familiar with industrial standard, e.g, ISO, ASME, ANSI, and etc. and Singapore standard.
• Familiar with statutory Regulation or Code.
• Able to work in collaboration with various disciplines.
• Able to interface seamlessly with engineering, construction, and operations contractors.
• Able to work in on-site construction environment.

Job Description

· Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from a paradigm shifting, transformational and disruptive Solutions Platform like NSL

· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base globally

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

· Deeply understand our NSL HUB offerings and their applications across various industries. Collaborate with our technical and product teams to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations

· Work closely with the proposal team to develop customized solutions and proposals for client presentations. Ensure that proposals address client needs and are aligned with the company's capabilities

· Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and onboarding process

· Prepare regular sales reports and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Required Qualifications

· MBA from a top tier institute (Preferred but not mandatory)

· Business Development Leader at a top-tier technology consulting firm, with a proven track record in the technology consulting or IT services industry.

· 2-5 years of business development experience.

· Driven, motivated, and a go-getter with the ability to develop and present cogent arguments concisely to various stakeholders.

· Capable of dealing with ambiguity and possessing the drive to disrupt and propel the organization to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Repairs, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of precast automatic production machines and overhead cranes
• Able to interpret electrical circuit and mechanical drawings including pneumatic and hydraulics system
• Sound knowledge in PLC, inverter drives and direct-on-line controls
• Able to oversee maintenance team

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 1 year experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment

1. To assist the management in the planning, co-ordination and management of daily operations of production, delivery and maintenance to meet production and project targets.
