• Bring onboard new clients, projects and reach targets that hit defined sales and profitability goals
• Gather market intelligence, develop client network, and foster strong client relationships
• Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape
• Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director
• Serve as Bid Manager for large size projects
• Lead negotiation with client on bid and contract terms & conditions
• Develop and protect company’s brand, corporate image, and reputation

skills & experience required

• Master / Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering
• Min 8 years’ experience in a geotechnical role / site investigation in the construction industry
• Keen to pursue sales / business development position
• Experience dealing with / working for Teir 1 construction contractors and or consultants preferred
• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements
• Must have a valid class 3 Driver’s License
