• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Process knowledge of Plastic & Rubber Molding process, Metal fabrication and secondary processes like plating, spray painting and other cosmetic process
• Knowledge in DFMEA and PFMEA
• Experience in product design and understanding of Product Development Cycles
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolve issues related to design, assembly process, mechanical part, PCBA.
• Good organizational and communication skills with key stack holders ( Assy. operators , Technicians, Production leaders, R&D Engineers, Quality engineers, Project Managers etc )

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sizing of equipment, vessel, tank and selection of material, instrumentation, control philosophy, cause and effect matrix, HAZOP, IPF, SIL study, IOM manual, etc.
• Preparing datasheet for RFQ and review offers from sub-vendor for compliance to technical specification, Exd, ISA standards, codes and regulation.
• Prepare documentation for submission and supporting project team on plant start-up, performance test, optimization and hand-over.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Identify potential risks in the bids, vendor quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels.

As a Process Engineer you will be primarily responsible for Managing the Network Change thru collaboration with cross functional teams from site Process, equipment, PDE, Pkg Rel team, Global and site QE to ensure on compliance to the global change management process and work towards management objectives

- Coordinate and manage change request to go to the appropriate change request stage across assembly sites

- Provide adequate communication of change flow / process/ status when necessary

- Ensure compliance to site/network change request to go to the appropriate change request stage

- Governance and alignment of Global Visual defect workmanship specs for substrates

- On site Audit certification for HQ processes (Manufacturing and New Product Introduction) include but not limited to ISO , IATF certification audits and Customers audits.

- Supporting the management in business process risk management and improvement activities

- Point of contact to analysis and response to external customers request on assembly processes thru working closely with network team and customer facing quality team

- Drive Subcon Continuous improvement and line audits to ensure effective fanout of CA/PA .

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent, preferably with experiences in propulsion engines and components MRO facility
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Prior experience in repair processes will be an added advantage
• Familiar with NDT requirements and FAA 45 /EASA 145 regulations
