Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 6 years of experience with infrastructure B2B pricing or business strategy.

Preferred qualifications

• Technical experience (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• Experience working on agreement pricing with Sales or customers.
• Excellent spreadsheet modeling and quantitative analysis skills.

Senior Sales Support Specialist – South Korea + SEA

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams across South Korea and SEA. You will be instrumental in driving sales renewal rates by managing pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, enabling smooth lifecycle selling.

This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join the pioneering Sales Support Desk team in Singapore. We are looking for individuals who are independent, meticulous, have an eye for large data management and comfortable to manage ambiguity situation while establishing new processes and workflows. What you’ll experience with us

Sales Administration Support

• Relieve internal and external sales teams of pre- and post-sales administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate sales quote documentation, including pricing and configurations.
• Update customer contact information across CRM and sales pipeline systems.

Administrative Tasks

• Process sales orders, enter sales data, and review sales contracts.
• Prepare sales quotations, manage invoices, and track documents.
• Create sales renewal packages with historical pricing, subscription statuses, and discount data.
• Handle sales bookings, including purchase order processing and booking reconciliation.

Data Management and Analysis

• Identify renewal opportunities by analyzing data sets and participating in sales cadence meetings.
• Investigate sales trends related to downsell or churn and support high-risk renewals using CRM ticketing platforms.

Reporting and Standardization

• Prepare sales data documents, generate ad-hoc reports, and drive process standardization to maintain database accuracy.
• Perform quality assurance and update process documentation as needed.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring database integrity and responding professionally to customer and stakeholder queries.

Job Description

• Participate in the implementation of credit risk management framework including underwriting, credit limit management and risk based pricing.
• Monitor the performance of risk indicators to finetune and enhance credit risk management policy by conducting data analysis.
