Qualifications

1. Product Strategy and Development

• Analyze automotive product ranges and conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, facilitating the development of new products for the aftersales network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create aftersales products that align with customer demands and market trends.
• Carry out market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of aftersales services and improve customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:
