This role is within Package and Development Engineering (PDE) group of Micron. This is a global department with teams located in USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and India. As a PDPE (Package Device Product Engineer) in PDE, you will be responsible to prepare for new DRAM, NAND or MNAND products and coordinate resources, testing, and analysis over the lifecycle of the product. You will run data analysis and modelling, create, and maintain root cause analysis documentation, analyze parametric, probe level (Front End) and electrical test (Back End) data and respond to failures. In this role, you will work with various Technology Development (TD) & New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering (Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA), Physical Failure Analysis (PFA), Assembly) and Manufacturing groups to find the root causes of the failed units.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Enable new test signals in BE which would capture assembly related failures.
• Work with Test Solution Engineering (TSE) & Product Engineering (PE) to ensure standardize test coverages & chars. Define Char limits, and approval of any test related changes.
• Development of new out-of-control-action-plan (OCAP) and its sustenance
• Provide Lot disposition based on parametric data observation in case of out-of-control (OOC) trigger.
• Ensure that Silicon & assembly process meets Product expectations by extracting and analyzing Probe and BE test data.
• Participate in Phase Gate review meetings, presenting the data analysis and deciding on Phase Gate exits related to electrical Test data.
• Analyze test failures, coordinating EFA & PFA to identify the root cause. Implement fixes for fails (Fab process or Design or Assembly Process)
• Finding out the correlation of test failures to assembly process and updating the database with the signatures observed
• Support Global and Local material review board (MRB) in case of excursions and RMA related to package intrinsic design. This includes analyzing electrical test data for root cause analysis (RCA) and assessing the health of the contained material.

Requirements

• Bachelors/ Masters in Electronics, Device Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical
• Sound knowledge of device physics
• Knowledge in Engineering Statistics
• Experience in data (electrical) analysis and modelling (JMP, Spotfire is a plus)
• Experience in programming (Python or Perl)
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English

• Experience in NAND / DRAM memory or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions and programmes.
• Support the Project Management and QAQC teams in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP)/CONQUAS/Quality Mark/Quality Management plans to achieve and maintain the highest level of Quality Standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with various Contractual QAQC Requirements conforming to Project requirements.
• Oversee the renewal audits & surveillance certification audits of existing ISO 9001 certifications to the latest versions.
• Act as main liaison party with external certifying body on all ISO certifications related to Quality.
• Oversee the continuous operations of the In house Academy with HR department to upskill and train all employees internally through in-house courses/training
• Conduct site-based Quality-related training to promote quality culture, better knowledge and awareness among project site staff.

Qualifications:

• Possess a recognized Engineering Degree with certification preferably BCA CONQUAS / QM manager certification and if having as Internal ISO 9001 Auditor certification is a plus point.
• At least 3 years' experience as a QA / QC role.
• Experienced in BCA CONQUAS / Quality Mark assessments is preferred
• Possess good communication skills and positive working attitude

Job Description:

The DevSecOps Engineer works along with the Project teams to onboard new squads in the DevOps environment. DevSecOps Engineers will guide them for continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing. DevSecOps Engineer works closely with the development team and operation team to create DevOps strategy and toolset that suits the individual squads.

Responsibility:

• Work with the CI/CD engineers to build initial DevSecOps pipeline supporting squads when onboarded to the project
• Overall Support of the Pipeline (Build & Deploy) to ensure seamless deployment
• Customization of existing pipeline and template based on squad requirements
• Build and manage AWS cloud formation scripts to handle configuration management and ensure continuous deployment
• Ensure availability of infrastructure which includes troubleshooting underlying system if applicable
• Coordinate with the infrastructure team on standard updates and ensure those are reflected on a regular basis
• Facilitate induction programs to provide guidance when new squads onboard the project

Skills:

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in building and developing CI/CD pipeline and workflow (Gitlab CI/CD preferred)
• Good hands-on experience on using AWS Cloud Formation scripts for configuration management and application deployment
• At least 3 years experience with AWS platform (EC2, ELB, VPC) in general and tools such as Lambda, RDS, Dynamo DB
• At least 2 years experience in programming, and overall knowledge on one or more of the following programming language (Java, Spring Boot, Node JS, Angular JS, React Native)
