Team Leadership:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as a primary contact for major accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 7+ years of sales experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry, with at least 4 years of experience in the China market.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
