RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure in-house technicians and any contractors have met the workplace, safety & health and fire safety regulations upon carrying out any rectification or replacement work.

• Responding to daily log in after sales service calls
• Planning of daily service schedule for technicians
• Prepare quotation
• Monitoring spare parts inventory
• Arranging schedule for preventive maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests in the driveway area receive the highest level of professional welcome and farewell from our hotel.
• Receive all guests at the driveway area by opening the taxi/car door and welcoming them.
• Aid in carrying luggage out of the taxi/car and placing them in front of the entrance of the service apartment
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Respond to guest' inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Take responsibility for any follow-ups required, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Handle guest feedback/complaints.
