In the Vector Control and Policy Department (VCPD), you will be part of a team that works to implement technologies to enhance operational capabilities in the areas of vector control, enforcement and public cleanliness, to meet current and future challenges. • Quality Assurance: Establish quality control processes with QA and ensure CMs’ adhere to strict quality, safety, trade, legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Performance Management: Establish & implement KPIs and metrics to assess the performance of CMs, regularly reviewing performance, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: Track production unit costs, support CMs on process and cost efficiency improvements while maintaining high quality standards.
