Good standards and understanding construction quality assurance

Perform checks on the structural, architectural or material / works (in ERSS, C&S) related to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections

Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA's good industry practice

Assist in preparing for QM submission of in-process inspection and assist in conducting

Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained, assist in yearly ISO audit

Prepare Quality Control Plan,procedures and QA / QC reports

Attending regular site meeting where required

Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor's workers where necessary

Provide feedback in areas of Quality Control measures and corrective actions

Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to

project specification and approved construction drawings;

Support Structural Site Memo Closing as required.

Assist in the updating of the RFI’s outstanding status

Degree in Civil Structural Engineering accredited with PEboard/BCA

Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards, familiar with CONQUAS, Greenmark and other essential BCA requirements

• Supports Operations Manager (OM) to ensure daily operations run

smoothly.

• Monitors and tracks school’s facilities, and operating

with the vendors/Term Contractors (TCs) to ensure defects are

rectified.

• Conducts daily check on school’s perimeter, building and

infrastructure to ensure school safety and put up the fault reporting.

• Works closely with the team of Operations Support Officers (OSOs),

TCs, contractors, service providers such as security guards, cleaners,

vendors, and contractors etc. For example, he/she will lead the OSOs

to set up the venues for school events such as examinations, meetings

etc

• Provides administrative support to OM such as tracking of contractors’

work sheets, maintenance, and procurement.

• Liaises and corresponds with the external agencies such as HDB,

Town Council, TCs, Managing Agent, and LTA contractors to ensure

school has a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

• Any other duties as assigned by OM pertaining to school’s operation

and safety.
