What you will be working on

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of government procurement processes. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position

• Carry out review of design and method statements, on-site inspection, audits, investigation and submit findings of safety incidents
• Liaise and coordinate with the Authority's Consultant, Contractor(s), Interfacing Contractors, Instrumentation and Monitoring (IM) contractor(s), QP(D) and AC
• Attend meetings, discussions, give presentations/briefings to the Authority and agencies to obtain approval to commence works
• Provide specialist review of method statements, daily reports, records of installation, instrumentation reports, performance of all plants and equipment and any other associated submissions
• Review the design and fabrication reports of the large diameter TBM and ancillary plants
• Audit the large TBM compliance with the design and provide specialist review during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the manufacturer's factory overseas
• Attend and provide specialist review on TBM, Plant setup and site acceptance test (SAT)
• Review tunnelling parameters and instrumentation results throughout the period of tunnelling and to provide comments and recommendations where required
• Attend technical, safety and site meetings that require advice and decision in relation to large diameter tunnelling works
• Attend meetings to resolve coordination, technical, cost and other work-related issues
• Provide monthly and final wrap-up review of TBM performance in relation to design, tunnelling operation parameters, including modifications made to TBM & ancillary plant, processes , troubleshooting, comments & recommendations
• Submission of reports

Requirements:

- Relevant and recognised Degree in engineering

- Minimum 15 years of experience in design and supervision of tunnelling works, of which at least 5 years' experience in supervision of tunnelling works of similar complexity using TBM of more than 10 meter in diameter (large diameter TBM)

- possess professional working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor and carry out treatment and nursing procedures for patients
• Register patients, explain charges, collect payment (including day-end closing), schedule follow-up appointments and provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures and/or admission.
• Submit the Medisave applications. Checks Medisave account holder’s balances from CPF website.
• Ensure the consultation and procedure rooms are in order and check that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.
• Prepare instruments for procedures (if any), assist doctor and clean procedure room after procedures.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions.
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries.
• Maintain and update the quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance and disposition of these records where applicable.
• Maintain and highlight to Supervisor/Ops Manager/Dr-In-Charge any feedback and issues on medical equipment.
• Manage and update stock records for medications stored within the centre. Monitor par level of drugs, medicines, supplies and stationery and replenish stocks.
• Perform any other nursing and administrative related job scope.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Nursing (or equivalent) and has Practicing Certificate (Enrolled Nurse)
• At least 1 years of related working experience in a similar role or with Medical or Clinical set up is advantageous.

This role provides not only customer service to our customers, the successful applicant needs to also provide sales and operational support for our global customer database. We operate in a dynamic environment that sees a workday filled with telephone calls, responding to emails, keeping up to speed with issues in different global regions and liaising with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange fuel for customers worldwide (scheduled and ad-hoc flights), key in PO’s and forward to appropriate airport contacts or suppliers
• Co-ordinate with Credit Control Department to ensure customers do not exceed their credit limits
• Update formula database with correct information and post pricing onto the system
• Respond to and expedite incoming pricing requests for ad-hoc fueling
• Facilitate customer requests for fuel carnets and issue them upon approval
• Actively promote complimentary products and services

Background & Skills:

• Candidate with likely in excess of 2 years’ work experience, preferably within the aviation/ call center/ tourism industry
• Fresh diploma/degree graduates from the Aviation field
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships
• Great attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn
• Effective and professional telephone manner, commercial awareness and sound business judgment
• Ability to anticipate issues, work well under pressure and to priorities effectively

What you will be working on

• Perform and manage the timely monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reports and providing strategic insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards
• Lead the implementation of FRS 117 Insurance Contracts.

What we are looking for

• Relevant work experience in accounting or audit, preferably with prior working experience or familiarity to the insurance industry.
• Good understanding of Singapore/Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards, with proficiency in FRS 109 Financial Instruments.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey complex financial information effectively.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools preferred, with the ability to use data visualisation for enhanced reporting and insights.

Position Summary

Responsible for quality assurance and compliance check in software/turnkey system development and to maintain ISO9001 standards, etc. Will work with project teams to develop test methodologies, test plans, test cases and coordinate test activities for the mission-critical safety and security surveillance systems. Incumbent roles and responsibilities also include reviewing, implementing and auditing company-wide policies and processes for all departments to ensure that policies and procedures for all departments in the Company are adequate, up-to-date, complied with, that there are sufficient internal controls and checks and balances in place to minimise and/or manage risks to the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and work with Project Managers/Product Managers on the quality processes for the entire project from requirements to installation and maintenance
• Provide QA/QC support, testing and quality audit to projects and functions assigned
• Provide Configuration Management, Release Management support to projects
• Contribute to the implementation of the organisation-wide quality goals
• Ensure compliance to all established, approved written procedures are in compliance with ISO9001 and CMMI Level 3-5
• Plan and conduct internal audits, liaise with external auditors, coordinate beween internal users, senior management and external parties
• Identificatio of and communication with consultants of audit preparation
• Provide administration support services
• Enhance document control system in term of change control and configuration management
• Conduct cross functional internal audit
• Integrate project management and quality management system
• Conduct gap analysis of current iQMS in meeting CMMI level 3 & 5
