Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English/Mandarin (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities).
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Contracts Management, Cost Management, accurate, analysis, team player.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design)

Remuneration: Basic with PB & VB

Work location: Potong Pasir

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare tender bids for submission on time
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
• Review and understand all drawings and specifications
• Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law; Ensure compliance with standards
• Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
• Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors
• Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary
• Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc
• Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value.

Key Requirements

• Min. 1 Experience in construction
• Prior Experience in full interior fit-out projects
