• Degree or Diploma in land surveying, Geology or Civil Engineering, recognised by LSB
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as Registered Surveyor for Civil/ LTA and MRT projects in Singapore
• A registered Surveyor under Land Surveyors Act (issued with a certification of registration)
• Knowledge in CADD using AutoCAD, Civil3D BIM, Revit, Microstation
• Familiar with and able to interpret structural, architectural and M&E drawings, for coordination work
• Geo Spatial Diploma

Job Description:

• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• All other QS related job

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building or its equivalent
• 5 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Working Days & Hours : 5 days, 9am - 6pm
• Work Location : Aljunied
• Salary: $3,000 - $4,500

Job Requirement

• Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Construction industry
• Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline

Job duties:

• Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
• Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
• To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
• Risk analysis evaluation
• Feasibility studies
• Any other adhoc duties when required.
