Step into a pivotal role within an innovative IT solutions team, where you’ll design and implement tailored solutions that drive client success. You'll assess the financial and commercial impact of technical decisions, collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, and lead pre-sales and deployment efforts. Engage in deep architectural discussions, shape solution offerings, and ensure smooth implementations that align with clients’ long-term goals and budgets.

YOUR NEW JOB

• Understand the commercial cost/financial/budget impact of products/solutions to be developed & recommend appropriate solutions
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
• Design of solution offerings: including services, support, training (classroom, roundtables, webinars).
• Defining Solution Components, Scope of Work, Deliverables, Effort Sizing & Pricing.
• Implementation planning and delivery for Proof Of Concepts (POC), Migration Services & Deployment Services.
• Work closely with Sales team to provide full presales assistance to hit sales targets while adhering to cost-of-sales objectives
• Self-sufficiency in leading pre-sales activities aiming to close sales opportunities.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 2 years of hands-on experience as a consultant with pre-sales and implementation experience.
• 2 years’ experience in major IT Integration / User Interaction projects involving the whole business process.
• 3 years of solution design and/or hands-on implementation experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Experience in building and migrating applications, software and services.
• Direct experience with Cisco routing/switching, wireless LAN controller, software-defined Network, Load balancer (Netscalers).
• Ability to address, persuade and interact with senior & executive level stakeholders - as well as all levels of system end-users.
• Knowledge of Competitive Products & Technology.
• In-depth knowledge of Implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Fluency in English.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and good discipline
• Candidates with added knowledge or certificate qualification have added advantages
• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Responsible, motivated and result-oriented
• Able to commit PH and weekends due to nature of job
