Responsibilities:

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Managing and mentoring a group of sales & customer service team to achieve sales targets, customer sastifaction and performances goals.
• Leading 1 on 1 pipeline monthly meetings/ monthly & quarterly performance review meetings/ annual appraisal meetings and monthly sales team meetings.
• Setting individual sales targets & measures (KPI) with the sales team including customer service.
• Guide CS-Sales support team on how to manage claims from customers.
• Recruit salespeople (hunter), set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

SALES STRATEGY

• Produce Strategies and action plans to ensure revenue objectives and KPIs are achieved by creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base, increases profitability, and increases the efficiency of the sales team.
• Identify target customers, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
• Prepare Monthly Management Reporting.
• Overseeing the activities and opportunities (pipelines) of the sales team.
• Understand our ideal clients for the sales team and how they relate to our current products.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Identify competency gaps within the team and develop a plan to improve them by providing necessary training for each sales and CS team member.

DATA MANAGEMENT

• Manage myCRM data (activities, potential, opportunity, quote, target, sales leads), CWG data (assigned Sales & CS, customer credit term, credit limit)
• Claim management from Sales team.

Requirements:

• Relevant Sales Experience working in Freight Forwarding & Logistics Industry.
• A confident and prefessional communcator with ability to lead commercial negiotiations and presentations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading, managing and developing teams.
• Strong written and presentation skills, an eye for details.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Degree or equivalent

Job Description:

• The Techno-Functional Consultant’s primary focus will be on the business requirements and solution aspects of the project. The Techno-Functional Consultant will work in a project team, in collaboration with users to:
• Gather, analyse and manage business requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria;
• Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and create demonstrations to provide proof of concept;
• Develop the business case and projects specifications;
• Evaluate and recommend ICT solutions that best address the needs;
• Prioritise product backlog through rigorous information gathering and analysis with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of the functional / technical design specifications;
• Review solution options with the development team and coordinate user acceptance for every sprint products
• Review testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met;
• Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution analyse impact of requested changes (operations and maintenance phase); and
• Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as and when needed (operations and maintenance phase).

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 5years of working experience in MS D365 implementation.
• Experience on SharePoint 2010 & SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in schema mapping, entity data diagram, complex system integration with CRM.
• Experience in Data migration.
• Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using agile methodology with past development experiences.
• Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning and design and testing;
• Certified in Microsoft Dynamic 365.

Job Description

• Design and develop modules for existing application and be involved in code reviews
• Test and validate software functions and modules to ensure functionality and reliability
• Perform and manage stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and involvement in systems review with Project Manager
• Conduct software/hardware troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and improve solutions

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a recognised Polytechnic/University
• Experience in both front-end and back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, React, etc is an advantaged
• Experience in SQL and Oracle/Postgres database
