Job Responsibilities:

• Seek out and acquire new business and customers for the organization (this is primarily a hunting role).
• Lead engagement efforts and expand relationships with assigned customers in the country.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with all assigned customers.
• Prepare and lead customer quotations and proposals.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Certification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, logistics, supply chain, or similar industries, specifically in business development, sales, commercial, operations, or customer service
• Pure hunting role; must have working knowledge of freight forwarding and/or logistics operations and sales processes
• Understanding of customer retention and experience in managing customer relationships
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
• Proven track record in executing successful sales development strategies
• Proactive, independent, and capable of multitasking in a startup environment
