• Assist Contracts Manager, Project Manager in Contract management and cost monitoring, management of interim/progress payment, including variation assessment and finalisation of account.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction, logistics, material management and the ability to provide cost and financial advice.

Qualifications:

• Shall have relevant degree or certification, and about ten (10) years of relevant experience in project costing, procurement strategies and scheduling for large used water/water projects or infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Have about (3) years working experience in similar capacity in Singapore
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player.
