Position Overview:

The Business Development and Relationship Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing new donation booths and donation points in collaboration with corporate partners, shopping centers, Reits, Management Agencies and other relevant bodies and locations. Identify and Secure Donation Sites:

Hotel Guest Relationship/ Front Desk Executive

We are looking for Guest Relationship/Front Desk Executive. The pay we are offering is up to $3,500.

Job Responsibility:

1. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate booking and payment records.

2. Make bookings for guests and provide information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions, building rapport with guests.

3. Coordinate with Reservations, Finance, and Operations teams on manpower planning, operation planning and manage guest requests.

4. Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirement:

1. Strong administrative, multitasking, and organizational skills

2. Proven customer service experience

3. Computer literacy

4. Experience in the hospitality industry, with hotel experience as a plus

5. Ability to lead a team

Location: West
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office hour
Basic Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Proactively meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Client Acquisition: Source and acquire new clients through cold calls, networking, and partnerships with brokers.
• Client Profiling & Solutions: Conduct comprehensive client assessments and tailor financial solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Credit Report Generation: Prepare and manage credit reports to support accurate client evaluations and decision-making processes.
• Contract Administration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate processing of contracts.
• Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries related to payment terms, business changes, or payment deferrals.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics, with the ability to align products and services to meet client needs.
• Proven networking abilities, capable of engaging and building relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
• Creative thinker with an ability to identify new business prospects and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Driven, results-focused individual with a strong sales performance record.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
