The Smart and Sustainable Building Technologies (SSBT) team under Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) focuses on building energy modelling and simulation, decarbonization strategies for the built environment and R&D of green building technologies such as HVAC systems, lighting systems, building management systems and other novel solutions for the urban built environment sector. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• PhD in engineering (e.g. Civil, Mechanical, Clean/Renewable Energy, Building or IT related), sustainable buildings design or architecture.
• Experience in sustainable design/analysis for the built environment, Green Mark or LEED projects, M&E construction and development (min 5yrs preferred).

Job Description Summary

The incumbent will take on an active role in the overall management of the projects and serve as a single point of contact in co-ordination with and consultation with the Customer’s Representative

Key Job Accountabilities

• Overall management and co-ordination of the project

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Project Management certification (PMP), if any
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience and have gone through at least 2 cycles of SDLC
• Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
• Possess strong leadership ability, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills in inter-organizational environment
• Familiar with the user requirements phase for IT projects
• Experience in projects with IBM MAXIMO or SharePoint will be advantageous.
