Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Min 5-year of experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant for luxury landed house project.
• Familiar with various high-end materials used for luxury house.
• Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking associate.

As a Reservations Assistant Manager, you will assist the Reservations Manager in managing daily operations of the Reservations Department, including providing support, coaching, and training of the Reservations Agents. The role encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records of all reservations, assisting with inquiries and bookings in a timely manner, liaising with key departments, establishing strong relationships with our clients, and displaying exceptional phone and customer service skills, while being instrumental in the implementation of operational plans to meet Hotel sales and revenue targets.

• Cater to room inquiries and reservations on a daily basis received via telephone calls and emails

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager directly, you will be the key point of contact for financial reporting in SEA and work closely with the regional departments and the local accounting team. The key responsibilities include driving GL review, accruals planning, procure to pay analysis, tax reporting, reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly actual reporting in the group consolidation tool. You will also play a supporting role on cost center reporting, operating expenses and capital expenditure in order to support the budget process and opex variance analysis. Other key responsibilities include being the key point of contract to the outsourced service providers and attend to queries with solutions. Ensure appropriate work processes are adopted in adhering to strict reporting datelines.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience ideally within Retail or FMCG industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations and familiarity with SAP.
