General Summary:

• Handle all purchasing duties
• Familiar with construction material and specification.

Responsibilities

• Support Singapore and Hong Kong business units on setting up and maintenance of various asset types (Example: Equity/Bond/Option) in the main system (Avaloq)
• Enrich Structured Product lean assets against details in Term sheets and liaise with Product team on any clarifications.
• Set up and maintain Business Partners, Containers, Standard Settlements Instructions and Money Accounts to facilitate operations.
• Re-format and uploading of Term sheets for client documentation.
• Support new initiatives and perform UAT when required.
• Ensures full compliance to all policies and regulations. This includes adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreement) with Wealth Business and other internal and external customers.
• On-time escalation of issues and risks to the Team leader or to the Department Head
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Business Studies, or other related course of studies.
• Minimum one year of operations experience in a Wealth Management environment.
• Some knowledge in Investment Products (i.e., Equites/bonds/Structured Product/Derivatives)
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience in Avaloq application is good to have

The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct the research on development of nanophotonic structures for optical computations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop theoretical models for integrated photonics for quantum sensing and quantum imaging applications
• Apply numerical models, design photonic chips and measurement of integrated photonic systems for quantum sensing and quantum imaging applications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to joint research projects

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field with focus on Many-body physics. The excellent publication records will be preferred
• Experience in matlab, MEEP, RCWA and other softwares and algorithms
• Good understanding of quantum sensing and imaging
• Strong knowledge of optical physics, while experimental experience would be preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to scientific rigor
