Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information and processing paperwork related to student enrollment and admissions
• In-charge of school fee collection and issue invoice
• Answer general inquiries from students or parents about the centre
• Handle administrative / operational tasks of the school
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents and children
• Slight experience in customer service required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment and selection techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
