About the Role

KrisShop is the omnichannel retail arm of the Singapore Airlines group, where it serves primarily as a redemption platform for KrisFlyer members to earn and burn KrisFlyer miles via a thoughtfully curated selection of products and services.

As Assistant Manager, eCommerce (Australia), you will work closely with the Head, eCommerce (Regional) to develop and operationalize digital marketing campaigns, as well as manage onsite/User Interface matters for the KrisShop Australia platform, to assist the Business Development and Account Management team in driving sales for the Australian market.

As this role will focus primarily on the Australian market, working knowledge of the Australian eCommerce market and consumer consumption habits, demographics and trends is a must. You must also have a strong grasp of eCommerce marketing principles and hands-on experience with using eCommerce systems such as Adobe Commerce/Magento to create and manage onsite campaigns for KrisShop Australia.
