Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inquires & purchase orders on company’s products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
• Responsible for aftersales activities on company’s products in S.E.A. market
• Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
• Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
• Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
• Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
• Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
• Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office’s supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
• Troubleshooting support at the customers’ plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.

· Track the performance of key accounts and adjust strategies to meet financial goals.

5. Market and Competitor Analysis

· Monitor and stay updated to market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company’s position in the market.

· Use market intelligence to anticipate client needs and adapt strategies accordingly.

6. Account Planning and Reporting

· Prepare and deliver reports on account performance to senior management.

· Track KPIs such as sales growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct regular account reviews to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
