Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

· Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and in-store.

Team Management & Development:

· Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Event Management & Campaign Execution:

· Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and ensuring a high return on marketing investments.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, with experience in a supervisory role. Strong foundation in the F&B industry, with an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends preferred.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with exposure to FMCG, Retail, or F&B industries preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing data analytics tools.

· In-depth knowledge of strategic planning principles, marketing best practices, and digital marketing tools.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Drafting Operations: Assist the Drafting Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the drafting department, including scheduling, task assignment, and resource allocation.
• Technical Drawings: Oversee the preparation of detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
