Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of the Account Payable functions, including month end closing, audit and reporting
• Own AP reporting and oversee the month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate payable balances and ledger postings
• Review reconciliations (e.g. balance sheet schedules and intercompany transactions) and resolve any escalated discrepancies
• Review and maintain updated vendors’ and supplies’ records, ensuring proper authorisation and documentations of all transactions
