Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support our operations by managing the flow of goods within our warehouse.

Job Description

• Perform inbound receiving and outbound despatching activities which includes processing associated document transactions
• Ensure stock availability to meet the requirements of various project sites
• Data entry using in-house system
• Involve in physical receiving and issuing of stock
• Monitor daily movement and aging of stock
• Store housekeeping and monthly stock take

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or Certificate in Logistic
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse management
• Valid forklift certification is an added advantage
• High level of initiative, judgment and good problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and oral communication skills
