The great things you will be expected to do:
➔ Be the primary point of contact for specific events/groups / users to ensure successful event planning
& execution .
➔ Managing end to end user experience from upselling / inquiries to post event assistance . Ensuring
best in class user experience
➔ Being on the ground for events assigned. Walk through the space , interact with hosts and users ,
checking final details match proposed details.
➔ Offering creative solutions to manage users’ expectations amidst working in a complex matrix
organization
➔ Adeptly managing data input such as event & billing details which are business critical
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION
● Minimum diploma or equivalent in Hospitality / Events Management
WORK EXPERIENCE
● Minimum 2-3 years relevant Event experience
ATTRIBUTES
● Great communicator both digitally and in person
● Proactive, independent and resourceful . Able to complete tasks and meet deadlines without constant
reminder
● Excellent negotiation skills to balance interest and priorities of relevant parties
● Be meticulous and high attention to detail
● Understanding that world of events is not a 9-5 job . Alternative hours may be required occasionally.
● Excellent with Google suite applications such as Google Sheets and Google Docs
