- Manage the front desk, attend to visitors and guests, answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Responsible for booking meeting rooms and keep it neat and tidy.
- Handle the supply of office equipment and corporate gifts.
- Distribute mails and other office admin duties.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
- At least 2 years of front desk/reception experience in an office building.
- Able to work independently and with pleasant personality.
