• Review incoming enquiry
• Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processes customer orders
• Create/issue PO & GR to vendors and manufacturers
• Arranging delivery of orders to customers
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
• To maintain good relationship with customers
• To achieve sales budget/targets
• Assist colleagues during their absence
• Any other ad hoc assignments

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday, 8.30 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationship with the pet retailers, defend shelf space to increase product offerings and shelf presence.
• Continually engage pet retailers to keep abreast with customers’ needs, strengthen the business partnership and generate repeat sales orders.
• Provide product training to staff in the stores.
• Process customers’ purchase orders and liaise with Logistics/Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Work closely with Accounts to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing-on-marketing efforts and promotions and execute them with the retailers.
• Participate in roadshows and promotional events to create company/product awareness and generate sales.
• Meet/ exceed sales targets.

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Preferably with own transport.
