Requirement
Degree or Certificate in the related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Service Manager in the Mining Machinery industry preferably from well-known in the industry such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, and XCMG.
Ability to communicate well in writing and speaking in English.
In-depth understanding of Heavy Machinery Functions and Parts
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience evaluating business performance and providing effective and accurate reports
Product knowledge of heavy equipment used in mining and construction as well as truck and transport equipment.
Strong time management and staff training skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Ability to analyze sales data and forecast demand
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Driving skills is a must
