To lead innovation as the Amazon Flex Singapore Country Manager, you will be an independent thinker. You will demonstrate excellent business judgment and have the ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently. You will devise clear strategy, positioning and execution priorities and will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. You will be a pragmatic visionary who can identify opportunities, convince partners to support your vision and lead teams to translate the vision into workable, scalable product and process solutions. Although naturally strategic, you will also have strong operational skills and drive hands on decisions on product roadmap and process execution.
As a seasoned leader, you will have hired and developed world-class teams, taken brave and innovative talent decisions to scale teams to business needs. You will be experienced leading through leaders and managing the associated executive presence.
Key job responsibilities
The Amazon Flex Country Manager Singapore (SG) leads the end to end Amazon Flex (Flex) business for Last Mile (LM) delivery operations partnering across 5 different business lines; Consumer (Retail and 3P), Grocery (Fresh), Amazon Logistics (AMZL), Amazon Grocery Logistics (Fresh) (AGL) and Amazon Partner Logistics (APL). The role owns all aspects of Flex country safety, cost and quality performance.
The scope includes; safety performance, capacity planning and scheduling, pricing and profitability, regulatory compliance, driver experience overall including driver acquisition, onboarding and engagement, marketing, communications, and new initiative launches.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change
