Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:Take care of walk-in customers, providing assistance and guidance.

2. Fruit Cutting and Packing:Help cut and pack fruits for customers, ensuring quality presentation.

3. Order Handling:Take orders from phone calls and prepare them for delivery.

4. Specialized Fruit Cutting:Required to specialize in cutting fruits, especially durian, meeting customer preferences.

5. Shop Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness in the shop to create a welcoming environment.

Other Details:

· Weekend and Public Holiday Work:Required to work on weekends and public holidays to cater to customer needs.

· Night Shift:Required to work on night shifts to accommodate customer orders and deliveries.

Fine-dining restaurant, Luxury brand retail store, 5 star Hotel, Good class bungalow interior, intricate metalwork, etc.This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Requirements:

- Have sheetmetal knowledge/background. Machining, metal stamping or metal treatment/coating knowledge will be advantageous.

- Positive attitude, willing to learn new metal fabrication methods, coating, assembly, etc.

- Willing to do cold call and make appointment to promote our company customised metalworks and services.

- Champion all project assigned from start to finish: Feasibility metalwork design discussion with client, material procurement, fabrication, post coating and delivery/installation.

- Able to commit extra hours to ensure project complete successfully.

- Able to interpret technical drawing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales head for all sales-related and business development activities.
• Liaise with local and overseas customers and related parties to ensure shipment delivery smoothly.
• Co-ordinate with food technical team and oversea customer for food product labelling issue.
• Prepare BTL and A&P plan by customer.
• Perform clerical duties and preparation of regular reports.
• Evaluate and analyse the market trends and potential of food markets in overseas countries.
• Build a database of contact information for food distributors worldwide to discover more distributor resources.
• Prepare reports on selected overseas distributors, negotiate distributor contracts, and complete account opening procedures.
• Conduct annual assessments of distributor business and handle distributor contract renewals.
• Develop annual plans for new product development and market launches.
• To perform any other related duties arising from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.bCandidates with relevant experience in sales, particularly in food/beverage exports, are preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, results-oriented and target driven.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
